MCP customizations were applied to an Archivematica 1.6.1 site, which was then upgraded to Archivematica qa/1.x to test the permanency of these changes. Completed on 15 September 2017.

Test 1: Change the default configuration[edit]

The drop-down for Select file format identification command (Transfer) was set to Identify using Siegfried.

  • Expected result: Transfer file format ID set to Siegfried
  • Actual result: Transfer file format ID set to Siegfried

Test outcome: PASS

Test 2: Add a new processing configuration[edit]

Two new processing configurations were added. The first, video had all fields set to None. The second, automated, had various field selections, including setting compression level to 1.

  • Expected result: All fields maintained
  • Actual result: All fields maintained

Test outcome: PASS

Test 3: New decision point[edit]

A new decision point was added after Archivematica 1.6.1 (Assign UUIDs to directories).

  • Expected result: New decision point set to None for all processing configurations
  • Actual result: New decision point set to None for all processing configurations

Test outcome: PASS
