  1. Generate Descriptive Information receives AIP from Generate AIP (OAIS Figure 4-2:Functions of Ingest Page 4-5)
  2. Generate Descriptive Information extracts Descriptive Information from AIP (OAIS Page 4-6)
  3. Administrator provides additional Descriptive Information for AIP (OAIS Page 4-6, "other sources")
  4. Generate Descriptive Information sends Descriptive Information to Coordinate Updates (OAIS Page 4-6)
