The Archivematica name and logo are trademarks, trade names, product names, graphic logos and service marks that have been registered internationally by Artefactual Systems Inc..

Archivematica's license does not grant permission to use the trademarks, trade names, product names, graphic logos or service marks of the licensor except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the origin of the work.

However, to help promote and sustain the Archivematica community, Artefactual Systems does grant the use of the Archivematica name and logo under the following conditions:
