The Archivematica name and logo are trademarks, trade names, product names, graphic logos and service marks that have been registered internationally by Artefactual Systems Inc..

Archivematica's license does not grant permission to use the trademarks, trade names, product names, graphic logos or service marks of the licensor except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the origin of the work.

To help foster the Archivematica software and user community, Artefactual Systems grants the use of the Archivematica name and logo for non-commercial purposes.

If you would like to use the Archivematica name or logo to promote or sell commercial services (e.g. training, software development, hosting, installation, technical support) you must first obtain a license to do so from Artefactual Systems.
