Development

Jesus is working in the new tabs required, trying to reuse the same code for each tab, etc and will start the rights dialog today
Unicode characters are breaking ingest again, this is being re-opened for 0.8
Jesus is working on Django for new tabs, metadata edit templates etc.
Jesus is working on sword interface for DIP upload to qubit; it works via the command-line only right now
