<courtney> tutorial done, um up today, screencast is problematic
<peterVG> i'd like to ship with ica-atom 1.3 so its sounds like we're waiting on that
<epmclellan1> I think we're just waiting for ICA-AtoM 1.3
<epmclellan1> yes, that's it
<epmclellan1> although final testing of the package would be good
<courtney> would that be later today?
<epmclellan1> no, because we need to get AtoM 1.3 in it
<peterVG> okay, any other website updates? i.e. redirecting to the most current release version of cerrtain pages
<ARTi> courtney, peterVG, berwin22 : it maybe a memory issue. Im surprised jeff is not back yet
<peterVG> e.g. /download, /manual, /software
<ARTi> the machine only had 1GB I thought it had 6
<peterVG> courtney: so it will depend on AtoM team
<epmclellan1> ARTi Jeff went to lunch, they're starting upgrade in a little while
<berwin221> I've done some wiki edits:
<berwin221> https://www.archivematica.org/wiki/Transcoder
<berwin221> and the administrator manual
<peterVG> but as per earlier meeting they're still shooting for tomorrow
<ARTi> epmclellan1: ok
<courtney> peterVG: oh, if tomorrow, that means we can't really release until fri
<peterVG> will depend on how difficult remaining criticals are. maybe djjuhasz can post an update to staff@ at end of day?
<JessicaB> sounds like a good idea
<epmclellan1> courtney: yeah, probably the day after AtoM code freeze we'll be able to release
<peterVG> courtney: yes
<djjuhasz> sure, I can post an update to staff
<courtney> than i do the updates when it's ready?
<mcantelon> I finished the ES developer documentation: https://www.archivematica.org/wiki/Elasticsearch_Development
<peterVG> mcantelon: awesome thanks!
<epmclellan1> is anyone taking notes, btw?
<courtney> mcantelon: thanks, that's great
<mcantelon> peterVG: NP!
* mcantelon is taking notes, BTW
<epmclellan1> thanks mcantelon!
<peterVG> okay got to run guys. will be back in chat room later this aft
<epmclellan1> bye!
<courtney> bye peterVG
* peterVG (~peter@ip-64-134-242-122.public.wayport.net) has left #openarchives
<courtney> epmclellan1: so, can you answer about the updates to wiki?
<epmclellan1> sorry, answer what?
<courtney> epmclellan1: basically, i just follow the admin list we have in the internal wiki and update everything, right
<courtney> epmclellan1: as soon as the release is ready?
<epmclellan1> courtney: sorry, am distracted here, please stand by
<epmclellan1> courtney: since the release is imminent please go ahead with wiki updates
<courtney> ok, sure
<courtney> so everything except the downloads, tehn
<courtney> should be done today
<epmclellan1> well, don't give yourself heart failure
<epmclellan1> but yeah, you can start now
<epmclellan1> :)
<courtney> epmclellan1: oh, i'm almost finished with um
<courtney> epmclellan1: the other stuff is just linking
<epmclellan1> great!!
<courtney> next week, we need to put some more work into updating error handling pages
<epmclellan1> I can help with that if you like
<epmclellan1> also, do you need any help with rights stuff?
<epmclellan1> for um?
<courtney> epmclellan1: i am being pretty basic about it... you can update from afar after this week if you want
<courtney> epmclellan1: i'm including it after the metadata entry part
<courtney> epmclellan1: in ingest
<epmclellan1> I'll wait until next week
<epmclellan1> but I'd be happy to go over it and beef it up if needed
<courtney> epmclellan1: cool
<courtney> epmclellan1: and email?
<epmclellan1> sure
<epmclellan1> courtney: we'll need an 0.9 version of https://www.archivematica.org/wiki/Archivematica_0.8_Micro-services as well
* jonhattan (~jonhattan@22.Red-79-159-90.staticIP.rima-tde.net) has joined #openarchives
<courtney> ok
<courtney> epmclellan1: do you add in the niche micros for various transfer types?
<epmclellan1> hmm
<courtney> actually, berwin22 - can you have a look at ^
<epmclellan1> well, that would make it more comprehensive, prolly a good idea
<berwin221> microservices list - got it
<epmclellan1> thanks guys
<courtney> thank YOU
<courtney> this is my first release, you know
<berwin221> In fact I already have an asana task for myself
<epmclellan1> berwin221 sweet
<courtney> berwin221 fantastic
<epmclellan1> courtney: ah yes, the joys of releases
<epmclellan1> it really does feel good when it's all done!
<epmclellan1> anything else for meeting?
<courtney> ARTi did you get the tutorial?
<courtney> ARTi for the final package?
<ARTi> courtney: no, but is it suppose to replace the original tutorial for everyone?
<epmclellan1> courtney: I'll try to remember to remind him
<epmclellan1> oh
<ARTi> my packages are built off of the archivematica svn
<courtney> ARTi i sent it in an email
<ARTi> I did see the email, but dreamhost is still breaking my emails
<epmclellan1> so courtney can just commit it?
<epmclellan1> stupid dreamhost, btw
<courtney> ok, i'll commit it
<ARTi> yeah courtney that would be easiest if you have access
<ARTi> as soon as a release is tagged the packages are built off of that, so anything it is lacking will be lost on our release packages
<courtney> epmclellan1: where is the tutorial in there?
<epmclellan1> any other meeting issues?
<epmclellan1> oh, um, docs I think
<courtney> cool
<courtney> archivematica doesn't have a docs folder
<epmclellan1> sec...
<mcantelon> Joseph and I did some docs work mentioned earlier. Any more doc stuff?
<mcantelon> Oops sorry misread.
<epmclellan1> Desktop/docs
<epmclellan1> courtney: there are a number of other files in there, like copyright, license, trademark, some publications
<epmclellan1> please search for User-documentation.pdf to find the file you need to replace
<courtney> ok.
<epmclellan1> I mean User-Documentation.pdf
<courtney> where do i search?
<epmclellan1> demo, I guess
<courtney> nope... got it: /home/courtney/archivematica/src/vm-includes/share/Docs
<epmclellan1> nice, thanks
<epmclellan1> if you have any questions about the commit I'm sure berwin221 can help you
<courtney> i have instructions from you : )
<courtney> but thanks
