I hold a BA (Linguistics and History) BA(hons) Development Studies from University of Western Capt. I also hold an Masters Certificate in Digital Curation from the University of Cape Town. I have worked as a Digital Curator and Archives Project Manager at the University of Cape Town digitizing audio-visual material, (photographs, and content creator for a webiste using Archivemetica, AtoM, InDesign. Working with the Community Media Trust and Elsevier Foundation I created the first online HIV/AIDS archives portal in Africa. It covers the pandemic across the continent, and especially in South Africa, looking at policy and activism on access to antiretroviral. My task included using Archivemetica, AtoM, Adobe premier pro CS5 .Currently, I am part of the archives team building a museum and archive of the history of the Constitution in South Africa on Constitution Hill in Johannesburg. My work here focuses on policy, digitisation and digital archiving.
