New features

• Complete standards-compliant PREMIS in METS implementation
• Transfer functionality:
  • Some former ingest processes moved to transfer: eg identifier assignment, fixity check, checksum generation, unpacking, format characterization and metadata extraction
  • Ability to create one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-many and many-to-one relationships between transfers and SIPs
  • Transfer METS file to capture original order of transfer before it is re-arranged into SIPs
