User story[edit]
I have AIPs generated from a previous instance of Archivematica (or for another reason) located on a filesystem. I want to be able to import them into Archivematica via the Storage Service and create a pointer file so that they are searchable and accessible from one location.
To do: -capture requirements in a feature file -determine business / preservtion rules that may apply depending on institution
Note: -how can asyncronous processing in the Storage Service make this proposed feature more efficient or easier
