Archivematica's [http://code.google.com/p/archivematica/source/browse/trunk/LICENSE License] does not grant permission to use the trade names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the origin of the Work.

However, to help promote and sustain the Archivematica community, Artefactual Systems grants the use of the Archivematica name and logo under the following conditions:
